Polychip Foam (Peanuts)

Polychip Foam, also known as foam peanuts, packing peanuts or polychip peanuts, are a common loose fill packaging and cushioning material used to prevent impact damages to products during transit shipping. They are shaped to interlock when packed tightly and free flow when not compressed. They are usually made of expanded polystyrene foam which is a economy way of void filling for "in the box" packaging.

Dunnage Bag- Shipping Container Void Space Filling or Stuffing

Dunnage Bags protect products that are shipped domestically and internationally from transit damage. They can support heavy loads such as 150,000 pounds of bricks and can gently cushion delicate glass without breakage. They are also used to fill in voids that allow for cargo shifting which would lead to damage of products in the container while in the transportation process.

The Express 3 is the first pre-formed pillow system to offer knifeless operation, eliminating the primary wear item found on every other machine in its class. Instead, AirPouch air pillows use a patent-pending perforation that automatically separates for filling, then re-seals as it passes through the machine – without compromising speed or seal integrity. The AirPouch FastWrap produces filled bubbles and tubes used for protective packing, such as wrapping, interleaving, and block-and brace applications. FastWrap secures and cushions your products while in transit, reducing returns and increasing customer satisfaction.
The FastWrap is a compact, all-electric system that is easy to set-upand simple to operate. Using materials that feed from a high-yield box, the FastWrap operates in automatic or intermittent modes at speeds up to 55 feet per minute. The system features an operator-friendly design, with adjustable heat, air flow and run time for controlled filling and sealing of the bubbles and tubes. Plus, the FastWrap is the first on-demand protective packaging system to operate without a knife, eliminating the primary wear item found on every other machine in its class.
